I thought the "Holmes" series looked interesting, and it has an ED from the talented Wagakki Band. They made one of my favorite music videos a few years back: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K_xTet06SUo

Otherwise only Cells at Work! and perhaps Angels of Death have much appeal.
