Interesting premise that could go horribly wrong depending on the age of the girl (if its ever been revealed)

Oh ho ho, who's up for some yandere yuri?!
I didn't expect this to come out this summer. They better get a good staff who knows how to do a thriller.

I'm honestly kind of surprised this is getting an anime. I've read some of the manga and bizarre crazy yandere "love" isn't my cup of tea, plus there's plenty of Yuri manga I definitely would have preferred to see an adaptation for instead. Oh well, as always I'm at least happy for the people that are excited.

<Shudder> Oh good grief. Well it will be a good horror show from what I've seen of it.

It hasn’t been officially revealed, but given how she acts and looks I would say Shi-chan is at most 10 years old. I personally think 6-8 years given how she doesn’t question her situation af all. It’s portrayed as creepy and unhealthy as it actually is.
But of course since our MC is a yandere, she views it all with sugar-covered glasses.
I usually hate yanderes, but this one is genuinely interesting because everything plays out like a tense cat-mouse mind game between her and everyone who is suspicious. There’s very little murder (so far in the manga anyway.) . I’m looking forward to how the anime handles it all~

Happy Sugar Life has to be the most unhorror title for a horror story ever.

I've followed the Manga of this one. I've enjoyed it quite a lot. The psychological aspects in the Manga really get to you. I just hope the Anime adapted well.
Oh this should be a rather fun ride

I'm really hoping this girl just turns into straight up Yuno. This is the kind of premise that's begging to just go full crazy.

I used to follow the manga. I just got more and more uncomfortable the more I realized how creepy it was re:Shio's age (which I interpreted as 5-6). I might give the anime a try or try to start again with the manga, but I'm not sure... I can't wait to get more anime adaptations of nice happy yuri (more like Kase-san) instead of the dark, creepy stuff (like NTR, Citrus, Happy Sugar Life).

Keizou Kusakawa is on a roll lately even though I'm quite concerned about it. He directed Fuuka and Cheer Fruits and they're both commercial failures, and I don't even want to imagine how badly Ahiru no Sora will turn.
It seems the studio in charge is apparently founded by some Diomedea staff members who worked on Unlimited Fafnir and Shobitch.

Whoa, I never expected this to ever get a TV anime. But since it is and as a fan of the manga, I’ll certainly be watching this. Kana Hanazawa as the lead will be interesting to hear and overall, I’m still surprised that this is happening. But it’s a good and happy kind of surprised, so it all works out.

Yuno is small game compared to her.

....Well, I honestly didn't see this coming. The manga has been an unsettling read, but I guess I'll give the anime a try.
