Nexus has pretty much always been a support studio. I believe this is their first full-fledged production? Not a fan of the art direction and animation style, but it may be something I can grow accustomed to if the characters are enjoyable.

I know this isn't ANN's translation, but it's still wrong. She's actually a "teens love" author, which is smutty heterosexual josei erotic romance that is usually neither aimed at teens nor has teen characters (Japan, English, what can you say...).

I guess I can chalk this up to another "cute looking show with pretty colors that I wanna watch" that I won't be able to sit through because of the fan service.
Yes I realize this makes up a good chunk of anime, but there's that New Game anime and that one where the girl Eats Books..those type of shows specifically I guess

It looks cute and the story has potential. It is also neat that the author uses her experience writing the manga to also make an informational manga.

Not sure if you're ruling it out as being a "full-fledged production" because it has 8-minute episodes, but they were the sole animation production studio for Wakaba Girl. They also shared the main credit with Silver Link on Chivalry of a Failed Knight.

New Game doesn't even have that much fanservice...

I like the anime's art better than the manga's. I am hyped for this.
