This is certainly different—thank you to all involved! The concept appears to be as if an ANNCast episode were to be transcribed and illustrated in key places. It will be interesting to see if guests, themed episodes, and other such traits of the podcast will appear in this format in due time.

Kinda weird to see official art for HeroAca, Attack on Titan, and SukaSuka but fanart (which I missed a source for) for ReCreators.

Ugh, I'm sorry, but this started getting really obnoxious. I'm good, thanks.

This was really fun to read! I love reading other peoples' views and thoughts about anime (even if I don't watch them). The format was also very fun and informal! I'm all for more of this Very Happy

Thanks for always finding new ways to entertain/inform us! Keep up the good work!

That's official art, actually! I think it was the first key visual for the show. Stylized obviously, but official.

If you mean the art used on the front page, that's actually an illustration from Rei Hiroe - the show's co-writer and original character designer!

"s a m e"

This is exactly me and my friends. I got a laugh out of it Very Happy

Huh, that it is.

Reading the banter was fun.

Did you steal this concept from fivethirtyeight?

The left/right thing made it hard to read. Be more geeky and do a slack log style instead!

Gotta say it was pretty lame... And very hard to read because of all the left-to-right.

If wanted something that was low content and took up more time than it warranted, I'd watch ANNCast. There's a reason I don't.

Only read through MHA's section but I liked it! I agree! Deku and Bakugo are definitely both best boy material. Deku does come out on top for me, he is just too good.

I don't necessarily mind the concept or the format, but... in the end this is yet another "let's talk about the shows everyone is already talking about everywhere, including this very website!" thing. Yes, I understand that popular shows bring clicks but if I want to read weightless banter/borderline shitposting about these shows (in English, anyway) I can already go to Reddit or MAL or 4ch or AnimeSuki or Tumblr or hell just chat with my friends.

I wish there was a column that highlights (actually highlights, not mentions as an aside) less mainstream or popular shows like Seikaisuru Kado or Atom... I'd read shitposting about those. I guess no such luck, though.

Their comments were fine and entertaining but not sure there is enough meat there to get me to come back. Plus the format was just killing me. I think it might work better for me as a quick and short podcast. No more than 5-10min something you can quickly digest while on break.

Count me as one the format doesn't work for. I have to have my browser zoomed to 170% to read most websites, but here, since only the text zooms, it was bleeding outside the boxes and overlapping the next lines. So instead I zoomed out to 100% and then zoomed the entire screen to read it. I'm afraid the content wasn't worth the trouble.

There were a couple of funny lines, but otherwise I guess I'm kinda sketchy on their credentials, i.e., I didn't see anything in all that that raises them above any other two people chatting online, so why should I pay particular attention to them out of the thousands of fans chatting about anime? Especially when they both haven't even seen all the series they're discussing?

Reading the title and intro blurb, I guess I was expecting a run down on this (or last) week's notable moments in anime or something. They just didn't seem to have much to say, at least nothing that was any funnier or more insightful than what I'd say about those series, and I don't exactly excel on either of those fronts.

But I'll probably read a couple more, kinda like the 3-episode rule, to see if it evolves into something better.

I don't particularly mind the format, but if you're going for something like this, I'd say it needs to be way funnier and feel more natural. A lot of the conversation feels very scripted
