Grabbing the turn.
From fansubs.
Character B: What do you think, A?
Character A: Well, if she has her reasons, then there's no choice.
Character B: But wouldn't a normal work buddy try to stop her?
Character A: Huh?
Character B: Oh, but even if it's normal, you wouldn't normally do things normally.
Character C: But normally, is that kind of normalcy even normal?
Character B: If we're talking about what's normally normal, wouldn't what's normal normally change?
Character C: Does what you consider normal actually change, normally?
Character B: Doesn't normal behavior change with the situation?
Character C: But if what's normal is normally normal, then normally it should be perfectly normal.
Character A: St-Stop it!

Hint 1. Character A is so obessed with being normal that she comes off a bit weird like all her co-workers.

Hint 2. A, B and C all work in the same restaurant along with other weirdo co-workers.

I think this is Maya Matsumoto from Working, hallucinating others saying "normal" a lot after Souma implied that she was not normal for failing to try to stop a co-worker.

I don't think she is hallucinating anything. Satou and Souma are just teasing her. But I'll accept that guess.

@Cam0
That was rather generous of you, considering that Raftina got the context wrong and failed to identify any of the addressees. He basically just got the speaker right, or am I missing something?
I wonder if you'd have been awarded a point for that answer, had it been Raftina's quote.

The context wasn't entirely wrong. Earlier that episode rumors started to go around that one of the characters was going to quit. Souma (B) asks what Matsumoto (A) thinks about it and then teases her along with Satou (C) for not being against it. They are kinda implying that Matsumoto isn't "normal" for not trying to stop her co-worker from quitting. Raftina got it mostly right, I think.

is this the Kurumi clone, knowing her time with Shido is really short, comparing her situation to Hibokoshi and Orihime possibly never meeting again on Tanabata due to rain? Date a Live 2 OVA

Ugh, should have checked this earlier, as getchman's answer was also my immediate first impression.

you really like that scene, don't ya?
next quote, dub
Character A: I had considered killing you with this. It would have been poetic justice at its finest. Then again, death by blade, death by broken bones, death by crushing; there's really not much difference, is there? In the end, you die
Character B: Frantic flailing while the line is spoken Let go you bastard!
Character A: Frantic flailing and cries of pain from B while A speaks Stop your squirming. You took your time killing her, didn't you? It's only fair to give you the same treatment; slow and painful. I've enjoyed this dance. I forgot to tell you. Try as I might, I have a tendency to be... hypocritical.

Is this Momonga (or Ainz Ooal Gown whatever) giving Clementine the sweet hug of death? From Overlord.

Next from fansubs.
Character A: Well, there are a couple things I should apologize for before I go. B, whenever I carried you back after you cast [spoiler], I'd jiggle you around and adjust your position to feel your flat chest on my back. Sorry. C, D, whenever I talked to either of you, my eyes were fixed on your boobs. D's are huge. C's dresses are just asking for it. I thought it was your own fault for having those bodies. Sorry. E, ever since we started living together in this mansion, all I've cared about are your boobs. You are boobs. Boobs. Sorry.
Character F: You couldn't have done something to defile me, the great goddess!
Character A: F, when we were sleeping in the stables, ... I tried everything I could to see you as a heroine, but it was utterly impossible. Sorry.
