Hopefully the anime fully adapts it. If it does then we will have four Winter 2017 shows that are full manga adaptations - Masamune-kun's Revenge, Scum's Wish, ACCA: 13-ku Kansatsu-ka, and Shouwa Genroku Rakugo Shinjuu. That's awesome, most seasons it's rare for there to even be one!

At least all three are only 6-7 volumes long. Wouldn't want to imagine what a rush-job a 10+ volume work might result in...

And what an ending it'll be! If no one punks out...

That was a very bad adaptation, was not faithful to the manga.

Being unfaithful to or different from the manga doesn't make an adaptation inherently bad. As far as Erased is concerned, I don't think either version had a good ending. And other than the ending, the anime was very much superior to the manga, in my opinion.

Then hopefully the anime will adapt the whole story.

I guess this sort of anime timing is officially an industry trend.

For those wondering how it justifies the inevitable outcome, I looked at the latest manga scans. spoiler[It turns out she didn't cause the bullying after all.]

For a 6-7 volumes to get properly adapted, you would want at least 2 cour. relyat08, did you read somewhere that "Masamune-kun" will get adaptation or are you assuming?

Masamune-kun's Revenge Manga Gets TV Anime Adaptation, January 5.

Another sub-par manga getting an adaption huh? The ending is about as predictable as when it first started. Most of the characters are about likable as cancer and the revenge plot is a joke.

Obviously it is a joke, it is a romantic comedy, and at least it doesn't drag its plot like certain cancer (Nisekoi)

Yeah, that. If you meant a "full" adaptation, I don't know. I was just parroting the hopes of Breakthrough that it might be.
