From what I can see, there's an identical PSVita version for the limited Edition.

Same voice as the one in DR3, right? Agreed. Their "Upupupu" is very weak.

Yep, there is a Limited Edition for Vita as well, and selling very well for NISA that they are taking some LE's from PS4 onto the Vita due to underestimated demand.
