Revy probably doesn't meet the specified criteria though she is supposed to be Chinese American. However, the woman Revy refers to as "chinglish" likely does based on her outfit. |

I loled when I saw Chichi on the list since she's pretty much an annoying hag in the later series. Still if Chunli from Street Fighter made on the list then I'm surprised no characters from Dynasty Warriors made it consider the game takes place in China and how popular Wang Yuanji and Guan Yinping are.
That and Kagura, girl Ranma and Eva Ushiromiya are the only Japanese on the list. |

She was a bit annoying at first but I did grow fond of her too. Meiling is probably the only anime-original character I actually loved (I miss her whenever I'm re-reading the CCS manga). |
