Now there's three titles I never thought would be mentioned in the same context....

Where are you guys getting either of these ideas. *Another* manga by Moyoco Anno is being made into a movie - NOT Sugar Sugar Rune. And likewise, it's a project by the creator of Golden Boy that'll be adapted, not Golden Boy itself.

I agree that it was clear that Golden Boy was just an example used to show one of the works by Egawa-san. However, I also found the Sugar Sugar Rune reference confusing. The first time I read it like:
"...a live-action adaptation of Sugar Sugar Rune..." where I assumed that an adaptation of Sugar Sugar Rune would be made
"...and Sakuran creator Moyoco Anno's Tundra Blue Ice manga." where I assumed that an adaptation of Tundra Blue Ice would also be made
I had to re-read the sentence a couple of times to realize that only the latter was true. Perhaps it would have been better to use just one manga title or place them in another sentence, for example:
"These include a live-action adaptation of Moyoco Anno's Tundra Blue Ice manga. She is also known as being the creator of Sugar Sugar Rune and Sakuran."
