I thought that Luna would be more receptive than that, but the possibilities are still open.
I guess that next we will find out how much she tells Vice, and how he reacts.

HAHHAHAHA, yeah right.
And just with that response, I would be out if Luna told that to me.

not generally a fan of the surprise kiss attack as romantic gesture trope
like, if someone did that to me, my response would be more like "That was an unwanted sexual advance, and I am now uncomfortable. I think I need to go home. Don't assume I'll call you again."

At least you are upfront about it, some would keep you wondering without every speaking a word about it.

Well, I'm not saying there's a right way to surprise kiss someone for the first time. That's just not a thing that is okay to do. I know that is has a romantic image, but it is an absolute violation of someone's personal space and is more akin to sexual assault than adorable whimsy.

True enough.
It comes down to testing the waters with people, each one different. Some you ask beforehand and others you just go for it.
Though...
1.)If the person doesn't accept your advances, 2.) calls sexual harrashment(just once), 3.) haven't given their consent(verbally, vocally or non verbally),
Then it's hands off, period...well to my knowledge anyway.

In a nutshell, both series took a LONG time before the main couple were official, so when Luna mention them, she is referring to taking things slow with dating & relationships to that degree.

HEY NOW AI/Sherry/Anita/Vi/Shiho has a lot going on and as much as she may love him she can't focus on it for the past 600ish episode considering she is only in a third of them or so and has a lot of trama to work through..........Oh wait you meant Rachael/Ran I though you meant actual couple that talks to each other my bad
