The Friday CR article "'Naruto' Anime Schedules Rest In Anticipation Of Final Battle" said that the upcoming "Shippuden" ep. 478 ("Unison Sign") corresponds to ch. 699. After this, I actually would be fine with a few filler episodes (3-4) so that the anime reaches ep. 700.
