Anime based of off dating sims

Last year, I asked that question. However, since it's starting to be common now for dating sim to be made into anime, could someone list all the series of anime based off of dating sim. PS, is the anime version of Kanon fairly ecchi? I like fanservice series.

Dating simulations (dating sims) are a video game subgenre of simulation games, usually Japanese, with romantic elements. The most common objective of dating sims is to date, usually choosing from among several characters, and to achieve a romantic relationship. In the West, the term dating sim is also used to classify what are known as visual novels in Japan. However, this is mixing genre and medium, as visual novels are considered a subgenre of adventure games and the term does not cover simulations. While the two genres often share a common visual presentation, dating sims are sometimes considered to be more statistically based than the "choose your own adventure" style of visual novels.

The technical definition of a dating simulation game, known as a romantic simulation game (恋愛シミュレーションゲーム, ren'ai shimyureeshon geemu?) in Japan, can involve several technical elements such as a time limit, several statistics such as looks and charm which can be boosted through exercise, or an "attraction meter" which can increase or decrease depending on one's decisions. However, the term "dating simulation" is commonly defined as simply a romantic game and need not include any of these elements. Dating sims can be simply presented as visual novels, known as romantic adventure games (恋愛ADV, ren'ai ADV?) in Japan.

So in fact many of these games that have anime adaptations are romantic "adventure games," or else they're visual novels, or else...eh, just navigate around some of the related Wiki pages to familiarize yourself with the terms.

I've seen a couple anime based off h-games, and mostly they were rather less ecchi than many other series I'd seen. Even School Days, in which the characters actually have sex, was decidedly less fanservice-y than, say, Vandread or Burst Angel.

It is kind of ironic though isn't it, that their nature completely flips when they become animes. Its like the creators feel that since it contains romance, that it would be more for a cross-gender audience.

Back on point, I feel as if the fanservice level of bishoujo game adaptations are far lower than those of adaptations of seinen manga. Witness something like Tsukihime. Now I haven't finished the series, but I've played some of the Arcueid and Ciel path in Tsukihime. And while the games really do have eroge content, there isn't much fanservice in terms of the typical 'pantsu shot' or 'naked apron' stuff.

Tsukihime, Fate, and Rumbling Hearts may have little to no fanservice but they have outright hentai/ecchi scenes in them, which to some people might be "worse" or "better".
