And here I hoped they'd add a bit more material to her clothes. Oh well... Glad to see her back. Now, if only they'd bring Testament and Baiken back...

I will download her even if I don't have the game yet, but one doesn't know the future so...
Baiken has chances to return since she appeared in the Story Mode.

Ummm.....I'm pretty sure that Ishiwatari said that Dizzy will be available July 18th (Today). Might want to correct that.

Well, I already spent sixty bucks on an updated version of a game I already own (and a game for which I purchased a ton of DLC), so expecting me to fork over an additional eight dollars for a single character is totally reasonable. I miss the days where you'd stop paying for games once they were purchased.

Well, technically, for this week only, Dizzy is free to DL until 7/25.

What days? SF and MK always release newer updated versions with 3-4 new characters. Hey want Ultimate MK3? Here you go

Right, but these days, you have tons of DLC to purchase in addition to semi-regular updates.
