Oh my god. They're not gonna wimp out.
This whole arc has been about Izumi wanting to top and Ryouma being a pissy baby and running away cause he's ~scared~ and only sees Izumi as a genderless warm body to stick it in. SO THEY JUST DECIDED TO SAY SCREW IT AND LET IZUMI TOP. Now it won't matter at all if the sales go down (which Rei implied would happen if Izumi topped when he broke the fourth wall), BECAUSE THE SERIES IS ENDING AND THEY DON'T GIVE A FLYING F. I'm surprisingly OK with this. |

I just can't take the uke/seme swapping when they are drawn like this. It's like a chihuahua humping a great dane. I'm sure it feels nice, but it still looks silly.

He hasn't, but he's mentioned he wants to top more than once and the current "arc" is basically about him trying to convince Ryouma to let him top (and Ryouma being a coward about it) I really do hope they won't chicken out and pull through for Izumi, he deserves it after taking so much shit from Ryouma. I'm surprised to hear it's ending since I thought they'd insert the KuroixSaotome story into the main one, but if they do a spinoff I'm all for it. And I'd certainly murder someone for more Back Stage manga. I know the anime sold like shit, but I hope now that it's ending they'll do a S2 |

^In chapter 31 he says he thinks Ryouma's cute and he also wants to show him his love as a man or something along those lines. Like it's not even a "I want to feel my d*** in your a***" he actually wants to try a different way to experience his love for Ryouma

Not that I'm aware of, he hasn't ever considered whether it'll hurt or not. He's just scared that bottoming might fracture his fragile masculinity
