I don't know why Miku's "sneaky" expression of putting her snack into the freezer is cute, it just is.
(And never tried freezing biscotti-like cookies--
I remember commercials persuading us to freeze Charleston Chew and Snickers, but anything caramel-based will turn into asphalt under arctic conditions.)

Very adorable Miku commercial indeed! Turns out pocky can be enjoyable even when slightly frozen.

I usually refrigerate them every time I buy them no matter what time of year it is. But thank you Miku for teaching me to put them in the freezer when I want to eat them in the Summer.

Do you have to use an antique freezer from the '60s for the full effect or is any freezer fine?

I chill chocolate regardless of what kind it is or where it's from anyway, especially during the summer, as otherwise it melts in like five minutes.
Pocky where the chocolate has melted is not pleasant. All the sticks become this one mass because the chocolate all melds together, and you have to treat it like a big crunchy biscuit when you re-harden it. And half of the chocolate gets stuck to the bag.

Probably another person that dislike Miku. Nothing strange there, as if you post this kind of interest or news on MAL, it's gonna get overwhelm with hate.
