Wow, so you get $~3000, and the obligation to make a 1 minute animated PR movie (negative $~10,000).
Plus being required to attend multiple explanation seminars and filling out tens of pages of application forms!

Sounds like a great deal.

That was my first thought. This doesn't seem like a good deal at all...

This is going to be just a waste of taxpayers' money. No overseas capital investment company is going to want to watch a cartoon about development business ventures, unless it's got lots of ecchi and I doubt Aso will agree to that seeing as they are trying to clean up anime's reputation of being "cartoon porn" before 2020 rolls round. Wink
Dealing with anything sponsored by politics is going to include pages and pages of form filling.
