As ridiculous as the promo statements sound, as well as "hand-shakers" this actually sounds quite fun, hopefully the flashy artistry will at least on par with K.
Speak of K, Gohand's latest and most well-known original project, as much as I was impressed by the over-the-top art, flashy animation and detailed background; the overall color scheme and color effect really hurts my eye quite a bit, wonder if it is just me

Plot sounds cool, but GoHands is always style over substance. I'll reserve my hype for now.

GoHands. Hand Shakers. Makes sense.
My hand. Your hand. We all fight hand to hand with GoHands.
Seriously, it sounds cool. Can't wait to see what it looks like.

I haven't seen the PV around the net yet but seems like this could have animation style like K or something like that. Either way, could be something good or bad.

Read the title & my first thought was a whodunit where idols are being kidnapped &/or murdered at handshaking events, & some bishounen detectives have to go undercover to catch the culprit(s). It would turn out to be the producer, so desperate for ways to promote his idol troupe that he was secretly selling off less important members of the group to rich otaku.

The synopsis sounds kind of great (though the title sounds ridiculous heh), and this studio does stylish action really well so I'm looking forward to a PV.
LOL at the Alex and Sig hand shake and bro-fist.

True words. GoHands are completely style over substance. but there are a few (including me) that really likes that. seems to be the new trend in Japan too after SHAFT's success. K return of Kings was an insanely successfull broadcast.... and with them doing everything themselves I'm really excited to see what happens here

Don't know anything about this studio but more original anime is always a good thing whether I watch it or not.

I don't know what's more amusing, the pretentious synopsis, or the hilarious title.

Even by the standards of bad Engrish titles, "Hand Shakers" is pretty egregious.

Hand Shakers? Sounds like an episode title from Blues Clues.

It's definitely a weird title, but it doesn't come off as very Engrishy to me, assuming, based on the description, that it's supposed to be some plural form of "people who shake hands."

@Kikaioh: I would say the title. This is because sometimes a series selling point can be based on the title. Even if it's a cool premise, a ridiculous title can undermine. I do believe you can judge a book by it's cover or movie by it's title at least a little.
