I was hoping to see a localization of the Tokyo Ghoul game for smartphones, but I'll settle with a Fairy Tail game.

Interesting move, Funi. The ball is in your court. Is the mobile game craze going global? Hopefully this will go better than Funico.

Well I'm glad NGames learned their lesson from making an illegal One Piece game by being punished with the rights to make a potential legal One Piece game. Shame on them, it serves them right.

I believe that a "publisher" and a "maker" or "creator" is not necessarily the same thing emerje,

Simple mistake reading it quickly, but the point still stands. They made money off of an illegal game on their game service and are being rewarded with working on a licensed one.

Interesting well I guess we'll just have to wait and see what becomes of this partnership between Funimation, GameSamba and NGames only time will tell.

I think they should have the characters with audio for the games. It is a logistics thing to have the Japanese voices in a free-to-play game made by a U.S. company. With this, I see it making more sense to have the dub voices instead.

This is like, what, the 4th time they've tried something like this?
Each time, they get absolutely nowhere so I won't be shocked to see this new partnership with no results.

I was wondering what the deal was with Pockie Pirates. I used to see banners for it everywhere. Same with their Pockie Ninjas using Naruto characters. There was also a Bleach game too.
So this Chinese company just basically makes up fake licenses? It sounds like something a lot of Chinese software companies would do.
