This poll is surprisingly similar to my own tastes, or at least ERASED was my most anticipated show of the season before the first ep aired and my favorite first ep so far.
I don't really consider Ajin a Winter show because Netflix won't lest us see it 'till at least Spring. What I've seen of the manga makes the story look good, what I've seen of its animation studio isn't promising, but sometimes a solid story can overcome weird CGI. As for the rest, I was most curious about Rakugo and DagashiKashi, plus the fantasy KyoAni show has promise (just by being KyoAni). So that was closer to my list than ANN's poll. |

This is interesting. I have zero interest in the top 3 but numbers 4-9 are literally my winter watchlist (plus Pandora, Active Raid, GATE 2, Schwarsemarken and maybe Haruchika). And BBK took me by surprise, I saw one promo but did not realize it was airing this season .

Ajin is the only one of that top 10 that doesn't have my interest. I've yet to check out anything from the current season, so I do wonder how many I'll actually stick with. But, their number 1 is also my personal number 1.
My 2nd place would probably be GATE 2. |

im watching all of em except 2, 3, and 7. im lovin dagashi kashi the most so far probably. this season's gonna be a fun ride.

Watched the first episodes for Phantom World and ERASED last night. Phantom World so far is looking pretty generic, but ERASED had a really good first episode. Will continue both to see how both wind up.
I'm going to start Shouwa tonight. Interested in this one as it dives into a period of time we don't get many stories about. |

I've seen Knights of Sidonia, but it's all generic CGI. Not very promising. |

I picked ERASE at random, and I am surprised how good it was. Dimnsion W is good as well, just wish it hadn't been picked up by Funimation, now there is no legal stream in my country.

Yeah, no. Try none of the above. Only Gintama until the next Jojo and AoT seasons drop. Hopefully, AoT comes out in the first half of 2016.

Active Raid is the series I've anticipated the most this season. I think that original anime sometimes should be highly-anticipated and rank high in such polls. I say this in part because fans don't have to worry about something deviating from the source material.

Boku dake ga Inai Machi is one of the series that will make you hate waiting 1 week for a new episode...
there are 7 volumes (on going) do not want to read ahead and ruined it like with School Live series but not sure if i can wait... |
