I kinda dig the seemingly fun combat system but I wish the titans would be more livid instead of just lumbering around. A threateningly fast titan could create an engaging and challenging combat experience but I guess controlling the 3DMG could be challenging itself. It's just a couple of videos anyway.

It will be dubbed. Anime franchises that have a large western fan base will almost certainly be dubbed at this point, japan is aware of it and in fact they know they'd be losing money had they not brought it to an american market. They infact release alot of their newer games on steam with dubs.
Koei Tecmo has been vastly improving as a company. You probably won't see them transition to open world anytime soon but they are really gunning to making money by pairing up with popular franchises.
As a person who is a fan of a lot of their games, it's a no-brainer that this is going to get dubbed.
The only foreseeable problem that comes to mind about this game is
1. It's the first game in the attack on titan category
meaning, you'll have a lack of content, stages, characters, special moves, etc. This is prevalent to almost all titles outside of their main dynasty warriors franchise. One piece pirate warriors 3 was by far my favorite in their franchise but the lack of unique stages, intricate plot makes the game a very short play. Their newest game dragon quest heroes is only about 18 hours to 2 days of play time worth.
2. Koei Tecmo game's camera point of view is annoying
or needs vast improvement and it's been the same for a very, very long time.
3. This is their first real game they adopted enemies larger than the character size.
(they've attempted to dabble in it in other games to see how that would play out) one piece had Oars, but it's a struggle for them to really adapt the camera and battle system with a large object especially if it involves having to fly and maneuver in the air. with the fact the camera / first person perspective being somewhat terrible it's pretty much a foregone conclusion.
4. They stick dogmatically to what is shown in the manga / anime.
so there has been alot of mistakes in the past with game adaptations and they cleaned it up like movesets being wrong etc. This is a good and bad thing due to the fact, you won't see moves that have not been shown by the author himself or show in the manga. attack on titan is also lacking in the depth of every character as not every character has had the screen time to really battle or show off their moves in combat. this game won't have alot of variety in unique moves for each character.

That was my impression, too. The Titans just sort of stood around and took it without reacting much, which seems out of place for a story where even trained soldiers have to do things pretty much perfectly if they don't want to get eaten.
