Highly unlikely. Remember that Fate Unlimited Codes and Fate Extra were also localized, but that didn't lead the Fate Stay Night.

Fate/Extra got localized but no Fate/Extra CCC. Complete sadness.

But Melty Blood AACC was been in PC for a long time - it was included with Carnival Phantasm BD in 2013. It's just getting a localization.

That was the only way to get Melty Blood though, through that bundle or "other means" (most people used the "other means" cause it's way easier to get it than finding/buying that bundle). Now, we can get it officially in the West, and hopefully easy-to-use online matchmaking and an official translation. (The Mirror Moon english patch was really close to finishing too!)

I want to get this collection but I'm afraid my laptop is not equipped to handle this much awesomeness. It turns into a lavatop right now just trying to run Warframe which I'm probably going to uninstall soon anyway.
