I didn't even know it was over. Hetalia has such weird episode counts. The season was great overall, I really loved the Nekotalia segments, they were super cute, and the ones with Italy's relationship with Germany were brilliant too. My favorite segments are definitely the ones that talk about history, but some of the modern day ones were great too. loved Nekotalia harrassing Nekojapan about Abenomics

Yeah, this season was a bit lacking. I did find the micronations arc educational and funny, and I was also happy to see the Scandinavians getting some attention (although having become a fan of Scandinavia and the World prior to H:WT, the very different characterizations of the countries between the two comics is both amusing and disorienting).
Other than that, it felt like a lot of treading over old ground with the same old jokes. With thousands of years of history, it's kind of bizarre to think they've run out of ideas. oO |
