anyone know if we are gonna get episode 10 and 11 or whats the story? Funi seem to be quiet about the episodes that are gonna get screened at the event

99% it's because of the murder of that Grade 7 teenage boy in Osaka.

Kekkai Sensen airs in another TV station, so it doesn't matter what happens with Rampo Kitan.
Also note that this delay has nothing to o with Rampo Kitan production, but with Fuji TV scheduling, something that happens every year with One Piece at least 1 or 2 times.

....Seriously? Just because it's not to your taste? I mean if you don't like it, THEN DONT FRACKLING WATCH IT!! I mean I didn't Kekkai Sensen so guess what I did? I dropped it from "my watch" radar.

Something like that happened? Well, after the Japanese Hostages Incident earlier this year -- as well as when other, similar incidents had happened -- shows that share a similar theme to that of the incident will be affected in some way.
