Other noticeable changes: Dragon Ball Super and the latest Hetalia series are completely absent from the results

I don't know about Hetalia, but Dragon Ball Super, as far as its first episodes go, is just a remake of the 14th Dragon Ball Z movie. I'm guessing that those who already saw the movie (and quite a few saw it) were turned off by the double whammy of re-seeing the movie (albeit with extra scenes), and not being informed that it would be the case beforehand.

My god, is Prison School reaaally that popular? o_O It's impossible to see it as a fanservice show because it's practically insulting you for seeing it like that, so that's not the reason. It's strange that Japan has... such a taste for that show. In many ways it almost looks like Shimoneta's dream come true.

The list is missing Symphogear GX! Surprised

I'm actually split between that and Rokka on the most anticipated summer series.

Not a peep about monster girls, huh?

EDIT: It's only a short, but my vote goes to Miss Monochrome 2. Always makes me happy.

Hard choice between Durarara, Kaleid and Gatchaman, but I went for DRRR.
Prison School seems pretty even in that both women and men are looking forward to it, which is nice, and somewhat surprising, even, considering the genre.

I voted Rokka, myself. Easily my favorite of the season - though I am also looking forward to each episode of Snow White and Monster Girls each week as well.

....is Monster Girls more popular in the USA?

How is Gangsta not doing better in the polls when it's like the best anime airing this summer? Fans complain about too much moe all the time yet ignore an awesome action show like Gangsta while voting for what's probably the most moe show of the season. I don't get it.

Because they only care about fan service...fan service has taken over Japan and other people..they don't care about action no more..lol

Gangsta has plenty of fujoshi targeted fanservice yet the fujoshi fangirls don't seem to be turning out to support Gangsta like they did with Free.

Top 3 in the male list matches mine. Prison School even existed on that list is depressing

I chose Gate: Jieitai Kano Chi nite, Kaku Tatakaeri as my most anticipated show of Summer 2015. However, what about the shows that started in previous Seasons, like Arslan Senki, Baby Steps, Ore Monogatari!!, Naruto, One Piece and more? I've read in other forums that some people couldn't relate to any show that premiered this Season, and chose to continue with other on-going shows.

Not surprised Prison School is near the top. It has an all male cast to attract fujoshi but at the same time has Tsutomu Mizushima as the director to attract the male otaku. I swear I don't understand why he's so popular in Japan. The only good anime he made was Shirobako but all his other anime: Another, Blood-C, GuP, Witch Craft Works, etc. were mediocre to just bad.

Still Non Non Biyori, though Jitsu wa Watashi has jumped from not on my radar to second place. Not a fan of a lot else this season. Teekyuu is always excellent, I suppose.
