Not very impressive looking. He kind of looks like the protagonist from Beyond the Boundary with glasses.

I figured it was either that, or he's spoiler[Jack the Ripper]. There aren't that many Victorian looking gents who would fit the description for Assassin. Laughing

jack the ripper already exists in an established nasuverse series (that being fate/ apocrypha (a light novel series by the way)) and it is not anything you would expect. http://typemoon.wikia.com/wiki/Assassin_of_Black on a side note this caricter existed under the berserker class in fate/ prototype: fragments http://typemoon.wikia.com/wiki/Berserker_%28Fate/Prototype:_Fragments%29
