I don't know how the manga's like, but I hated the anime. Thus, I won't be reading this anytime soon.

It's always sad when a good manga begins to near its end. But its a bit happy knowing that it will at least get an ending and not be stretched out for forever.

I started reading the manga, and read up through the majority of the anime and it was a vast improvement over the anime, simply because the pacing was better in the manga, small things make a big difference!

I heard VIZ was thinking about licensing it, so I stopped reading it, but knowing that, that probably won't happen now, I need to start reading it again!

Didn't like the TV show, but thoroughly enjoyed the comic. You can read it legally Crunchyroll Manga too btw. I stopped at chapter 185 since there's a small gap of chapters that CR needs to fill in before I can continue reading properly, but yeah good stuff.

Same for me. I'm probably never going to check the manga because there is no way anyone can convince me it has any merit.

The same happened with World Trigger. The ANN review gave the manga a positive spin, which was the only reason I decided to check out the anime. It turned out to be low production value crap, making me drop it after a single episode and say "The manga? Hahaha no way, never."

(This takes into account that I probably could find both of them on any dozen manga reader sites, and start reading them this very minute.)

For fans of this, "final arc" could mean a few years since it's now monthly.
