The OP is relaxingly up-beat (if thats make any sense), and the art style looks a bit like Shaft's Kōfuku Graffiti.

Oh man, Narumi looks like Rosette Christopher's Japanese doppleganger. Even has the half-up twin tails...

This is one of the shows I plan to try the first episode of. Looks cute, love the character designs, the premise sounds like it could be fun.
