Herro all,

I am a Library Science student at the University of Washington doing a research project on how members of the anime fan community share information.

It's just a wee survey, and the only special prize you will get for participating is that shiny warm happy fizz you'll get from the knowledge that you helped out some poor grad students out there in Rain Town.

I think that it is OK.
That link actually took me to docs.google.com, and I did not need to allow any extra scripts to run to submit the survey.
