This is great but I was under the impression that Capcom's DEMENTO/Haunting Ground PS2 was the spiritual successor. Any more of Clock Tower is a welcome treat.

Haunting Ground has far as I know started off has Clock Tower 4 but had a change most likely because CT3 didn't do very well.
I trailer is pretty much your typical Ring/Grudge Japanese horror though into a game it would be better.

Casual reminder that "Ju-on/The Grudge" is not one franchise, but two.... stop spreading this inaccurate assertion.
Also how do I block this site from my google alerts?

I think it also had to do with the fact that Sunsoft owned the rights to Clock Tower, and were involved in CT3's development, but had nothing to do with Haunting Ground. If anything, Sunsoft backed out of involvement, resulting in the name change.

Nightcry: The music and scissorman reference was great.
I'm hoping a peripheral like Morpheus and Oculus can bring new life to the horror world. I'm talkin First party, not fans tinkering with the unity engine. Can you imagine working your way through Clocktower in first person? It would be a trip.
