Yoshitsugu Matsuoka is going to be alright, just wonder about the other cast though. Risa Taneda is fine too if I remember.
Still looking forward to the anime! Big fan of the manga.

I'm worried about the VAs for Erina, Megumi and Ikumi.
They all have quite few notable roles, making me fear they may not be the best available, but they share one thing:
They all had roles in J.C. Staff's terrible "Wixos" anime.
It worries me.

My only complaint about Risa Taneda is that she hasn't really done any antagonistic roles that I can see - Erina is very harsh and critical of Souma as well as...everyone. But she is a voice actor so hopefully she can do more than one character type well.

Off Topic: Can you start getting MORISAKI Yuki's name right on your Shokugeki no Soma news posts? This is like the third article I see her name miswritten as MIROSAKI and you even have her name right on your database

On Topic: I'm only worried about Megumi's seiyuu, she may be far too inexperienced as a seiyuu to be left with a leading role for a Jump anime, I actually like Taneda and Ishigami's choice, they fit what I had in mind for Erina and Ikumi

She did she was in DxD as Xenovia who was sorta antagonistic in the first few eps remember her harshness towards Asia. Also for Megumi I personally wanted either Kana Hanazawa or Saori Hayami
