Oh cool. All 5 of the top shows listed on that are ones I'm most interested this season as well. Kinda curious to see some of the other reviews too in particular the LN/VN adaptations.

Almost all the shows I wanted ended up on the list, so I'm happy. That includes Cross Ange, even though I don't want to watch it, forcing someone through it sounds fun. I wonder if anyone else had this mentality? Only shows missing for me are SeHa Girls and WIXOSS.

I like this approach. Although the ANN community is large, it doesn't represent all the anime fans out there. Even still, this is good because now we have a hand in what the reviewers are doing, and we can possibly save them from shows that we have no interest in. I look forward to all the reviews!

At least that "Gonna be a Twintail" show didn't make the list. That really doesn't seem worth the time to review. Since it also seemed to be the lowest rated show in the preview guide.
But everything I voted for appears to be on the list. |

The lowest reviewer rated average would actually go to Cross Ange, yet it is still getting a review due to popular demand. I am not surprised twintail is not being talked about as it is tailored for a niche audience and had an opening episode that intentionally called upon other henshin based series. |

Everything I voted for is in, though I'm surprised Inou Battle (which I do like so far) got in... oh well at least if I ever feel the need to discuss anything it's there as well.

Happy with what made the list, as everything that I'll be watching is covered.
And shows that I'm not watching, but thought they sounded kind of interesting, in GARO, Cross Ange, Terra Formars and Bahamut Genesis made the cut. Will probably read the reviews for those. |

So does that mean we might get reviews for magic kaito as well?
Also since one piece, fairy tail, and now case closed are getting simulcast is there any chance of those starting to get reviews? Personally I can't wait to get new legal subs for some of the older episodes of conan that they chose to reanimate instead of just writing terrible anime original story. |

I saw a lot of this on Twitter too. Thing is, the decision for the poll was that anything that got 10% of the vote or less we could feel comfortable cutting, since that represented a pretty small number of potential readers. Tribe Cool Crew had the lowest vote total at 4.4% of the total vote. I'd say "well if enough people tell me they want it" but the poll was up for 2 days and it was solidly dead last the entire time. Even if I lowered the cutoff to 5%, Tribe Cool Crew wouldn't make it. |

Shouldn't be a surprise, as its first episode was well-received both by the reviewers (3.7 average rating, all but one in 3.5-4 range) and by general audiences. It's got something going for it that a lot of other comedy series don't. Of the series that didn't make the cut, with the possible exception of Twin-Tails, they were almost uniformly low-rated because they were boring. Whatever negative reactions people had towards Cross Ange, "boring" was generally not one of them. I have seen a lot of people say that they have no intention to follow the series but are still morbidly curious to hear the gory details (and yes, this one will apparently be literally as well as figuratively gory) about how it plays out, so I'm not at all surprised that it got voted in. |
