I'm starting to see why the talking vagina manga got nixed.
This woman may seem like a weirdo to foreigners, but she's actually quite brave for standing up against a really moronic law that should be abolished. |

Law or nog thuis isn't going anywhere except the garbage bin at the prosecuter's office. I know the law - I love cosplay porn and hate how it's always censored because of it - but that's for actual movies, hot pornz, and smexy awesome anime funservice , not for a bit collection representing a female body part as seen by a specific printer. Otherwise, in a few years medical data would also fall under it, for starters.
And yeah the law sucks. I don't get it either, Japan makes all the great sexy cosplay porns, and rape-play (fake and with actual consent off course but that's a no-brainer) is all (thankfully) allowed buth without 3 blurred pixels it's suddenly illegal. It's an insane restriction and should be abolished yesterday rather than today. :-/ |

I can understand how it could be considered a crime to print a gun, but a vagina? What are people going to do with one? Smuggle it onto a plane? Hold a bank up? Perhaps if it was a penis, that could be possible.

Yeah I read about this yesterday on Kotaku and I do agree with people on this forum the law is outdated and really need to be abolish (along with other laws and regulations that needs to remove/deregulate).
According to the same Japanese law, shouldn't the people behind these fertility festivals in Japan be arrested because they're putting phallic object in public view. I mean look at these, shouldn't this law applied to these festival too. I've seen pictures of women's part being shown at the festival. Seriously, how does this law work?? |

I think they have free time only one hand if you catch my drift. |

I heard this on various outlets, the police in Japan can be described as some of the most incompetent in the first world. They can't even tell art from actual porn.

And the stupidity of archaic and downright strange Japanese laws rears its ugly head once again. Why am I not surprised?

I think this is 1 of the most outrageous sex-related stories I've ever seen.

What law did she break, exactly? Distribution of obscene materials? Something to do with uncensored genitalia?

Only in Japan is tentacle-raping a little girl considered completely fine with a few little pixels over the "area". Oh, but it's the dirtiest and most shameful thing ever if those pixels are removed.
Japan is only going to get more and more kinky as long as these out-of-date laws stay in place. It's pretty funny because it's just a failed attempt at making sexual depictions seem less dirty. It's like killing somebody and claiming it's perfectly fine because you made sure it didn't hurt. Nope, it still is what it is. |
