Given the level of perfection required to actually get a Driver's license in Japan or China, it's amazing that anybody would have a difficult time driving safely. Still more interesting than our insurance commercials.

Uggh.... blinkers. Nobody knows how to use them right. Especially when changing lanes.
But I don't think Chinese or Japanese driving tests include highway travel anymore than mine did(despite the DLO being right on one with a freeway). |
