I generally loathe the SM dub, but I do remember her as Zoicite and Kaori Naitou... 50 is way too young for anyone, sick or healthy, to pass on. I too hope she passed away peacefully and without much pain and suffering at the end.

Yeah. I'm sad I won't be able to make it to AX this year as I had planned to... I was planning on attending the dub cast reunion panel and I wanted to record it for a friend since she can't nearly afford to go to cons like I barely can... |

It could have been genetic, or the cancer could have been caused by years of smoking (trust me I have heard of people dying from smoking in their 50s). Still, it's a tragic loss for the family |
