We need another "Legend of Koizumi" thing or something.
Natalia vs Yulia would be an inevitable encounter. |

I do not like ignoring everything about a woman in favor of only fawning over how attractive she is. :|

Is there anything else interesting about her? We could probably guess how she got the job, that would definitely be fun. Last edited by jl07045 on Sun Mar 23, 2014 2:15 pm; edited 1 time in total |

It's pretty bad how inaccurate this "article" is. "A corrupt ruler thrown out of the country by a disgruntled mob." So we start with a 50/50 split, while the a corrupt ruler was thrown out, "disgruntled mob" is a very loose way to describe armed neo-nazis. "Russia retaliating by seizing the Crimean Peninsula and installing a sympathetic regime." First of all Russia to this day has still not invaded Ukraine. What happened was part of the Ukrainian army defected and left to protect Crimean Peninsula, and the Russians increased their troop presence in their base to the maximum legal amount, even though this is all public information now, god forbid news channels go back and correct statements like in those savage days when reporters were expected to give annoying things like facts. "Russian leaders scoff at Western sanctions; Ukraine's new government appears helpless to do anything." The first part of this statement is true, its a badge of honor right now for the people who were sanctioned. Second part of this is true too, but not because they don't want to but because almost half of their army defected to regional deference forces or to Crimean Peninsula, and have such little legitimacy in their own country half the country is protesting. "The new Crimean government and its Russian backers appear to have few friends in the world now, given the dubious legitimacy of their actions." And last time i checked the UN gives any region the right to hold a referendum to become their own country (and many areas around the world are trying to use it as we speak) and legally following UN protocol left Ukraine, and as a sovereign nation applied to join Russia. And while this may come as a shock that was a part of Russia up until 60ish years ago when the USSR had the bright idea to change which region has control of that district. SO HURRAY FOR SUPPORTING A NEO-NAZI REGIME, AND SOVIET UNION POLICIES! Unless you're reasonable then BOO! and shame on ANN for not fact checking on their so called "news" site.

What? she was fired because people liked her? That doesn't make sense.

Haha, it's a nice bit of levity brought to an otherwise serious situation.
Though I'm siding with Russia on this one. The United States as usual tried to instigate regime change in another country, cocked it up, ended up having an insane group of neo-nazis storm the Ukranian government with firearms and install themselves as the new regime via coup then proceed to threaten the Russian and Jewish people in the Ukraine. So naturally Russia gets the advantage handed to them by America to have the originally annexed Russian state of Crimea run away from the racist Ukranian government to go back to Russia and avoid the insane IMF that seeks to do to them what it has successfully been doing to all of Europe - stealing the wealth of the people in return for non-existent financial aid from America and elsewhere which in reality are simply loans that need to be paid back by the Ukranian people into perpetuity, in-debting them to the system that is already itself in debt. Going from one corrupt government under the control of an even more corrupt international one. Of course Japan would echo whatever America tells them to, supporting a coup-government of Nazis and condemning a legitimate act of democracy by the Crimean people to secede from the Ukraine and return to Russia. I know ANN ain't exactly international political news, but there's more to this story than just what the Western mainstream news is telling us, it really opens ones eyes to see just how artificial mainstream news is when it so blatantly acts as a propaganda arm for whichever establishment is in power. The more you know: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=fWkfpGCAAuw
No, they "fired" her because she "defected" to Russia. Funny, given she no longer works for them in the first place.... as do many other ex-Ukranian military members who don't recognize the coup-government that America is supporting versus the actual democratic actions of the Crimean people. |

Of course, it didn't take too long for Rule 34 to set in with the fan art, either

Indeed. Though I think she looks better with her hair tied back like at the press conference.
No, the article meant she was "fired" and investigated because she defected to the Russian side in Crimea |
