I'm pretty sure that animation production shifted from AIC PLUS+ to Production IMS.

Are AIC and Production IMS related in any way? Because this is the second anime series after the upcoming Heaven's Lost Property movie to move from an AIC division to this new studio. Anyways I'll definately be watching this.

AIC has been struggling.

Several producers left to form Production IMS, so they're picking up where they left off.
