Even without having a look at the authentic Nendoroid figure of Levi, I could tell that the "spaced out" version of him is a knock-off. I doubt Good Smile would ever intentionally sell Nendoroids that badly made like this counterfeit.

Mmmm, not really, many "genuine" nendoroids can look like this too.
Fake or genuine all made in China anyway.

I wish they were all this hilariously bad at counterfeiting.
I have two right now that you couldn't tell from the real one unless you pulled out a magnifying glass. That's the risk one takes when buying out-of-print figures.
The only reason I discovered they were counterfeit was that other fans picked out how "light" the black hair was on one and another had the wrong hands on it.
Hands. I don't know how other collectors fair, but I generally don't painstaking look at the hands to determine if the product is genuine, especially when the rest of it looks spot on.
I don't collected OoP figures much anymore, but every so often, a nice Nendo does catch my eye.
Curses.

Oh gawd that's hilarious. Now I wonder who's the better copier Japan or China because my teacher told me decades ago that Japan were the greatest copiers of all time.
