I disagree fully, I still found it entertaining and I'm glad they're getting a whole second season instead of these intermittent OVAs.

Indeed walw6pK4Alo. Agreed.
There is never enough Seitokai Yakuindomo, I will miss Angela's ending, I wish they would reuse it, that was an awesome ED, can NEVER get tired of it.
The OVAs have been awesome too, it never felt like the anime ended, so glad we are still getting one more at the least.
Cannot wait to hear more perverted things with the voice of Yoko Hikasa which I found so alluring.
As mentioned above, this second season its basically season 3.
