This shouldn't surprise anyone given the pace of the story. Definetly will be looking forward to it, when it comes out.

Already read about it at RandomC:
http://randomc.animeblogger.net/2007/03/07/random-musings-code-geass-news-overload-edition/ Omni's post on RandomC even has a link to a GameFAQs board where the Newtype article (among other things) was translated and transcribed. Many cool pictures and conceptual art in that GameFAQs forum link, too. -Karasuhebi |

More Pizza Hut commercialism! I need to hurry up and watch this series or else I'm going to fall behind

It's a pretty fun show. The ecchi and the product placement just kind of remind me that it's supposed to be fun and entertaining.

I've heard that they stopped with the Pizza Hut thing in the recent episodes. I've only watched up to episode 6 so far... |

Don't worry; they continued. Heck, I heard the upcoming episode 21 is going to be "the" biggest product placement ever made! |

Yeah, but Omni stated himself that he couldn't confirm it. Now we fanboys can watch Code Geass in peace knowing that it's official now that there will be a second season. [EDIT] Nevermind, what I had in mind was the Code Geass New Season rumor post there I read about months ago with that suggestive picture of CC. Should've actually clicked on the link before I posted, eh. |

I never doubted for a second that it was going to continue. The pacing really gave it away. They were never going to wrap it up in less than 10 episodes unless they really rushed things. Too many plot points for a 25 episode series.

Alright, give me all the Geass I can get! I love the show and I'm crossing my fingers that it gets licensed. I'll be looking forward to the new season when it arrives, and it's a good thing tat they're taking the summer off so they can think up all sorts of cool things for us.

Girls count too! (like me) This series is very addicting, and I can't wait to see where it goes. Although the news of the second season was hinted a long time ago, i like all the spoilerific new information coming in Newtype. At least i know there will be something good to watch later this year. |

Hehehe me too. : ) I can't wait. More Cheese-kun and all the melodrama you can stomach, woohoooo! Come on boys, don't forget women enjoy the series too. *high fives shirokiryuu and grins* |

This is great news indeed, although I kinda knew this was coming. If the second season is going to be even more suspenseful than the first, then... I'm gonna enjoy this.
Still, I wonder why it took so long for an official announcement. |

Oh come on, an anime made by Sunrise with character design by CLAMP? Of course it's gonna get licensed. Especially seeing how popular it seems to be among the Japanese folk and the fact that it has great Pizza Hut product placement. But then again, it does have mechs....The US market is not open-minded about mech shows....sadly. =( -Karasuhebi |
