Borders is currently having a Viz manga sale. If you buy 3, you get one free. I live in Houston. I don't know if it's the entire US.

They've been doing that for some time now.

It's all Manga and Graphic Novels. Not just Viz.

Woot even better Smile I really like it when they do those sales. It's not always in effect.

I used this to my advantage on Christmas and bought some mangas. I depend on Waldenbooks(part of Borders) for all my manga needs

Ooh, awesome. Any word on when the sale ends? And if you can use it with the Holiday bonus cash or Rewards coupons?

My local Borders (Closing soon.), is only doing the Viz Manga at Buy 3 Get One Free. I had to put back my copy of Trigun Maximum Vol. 1 when it refused to ring up for free. But I saw a Waldenbooks recently that said all Manga and Sci-Fi. I'm kind of confused on it.

From what I understand, Borders, Borders Express, Airport Borders, Borders Outlet, and Waldenbooks are seperate entities under the BGI banner.

So, what is a sale at say, Borders Books and Music (They have a Buy3, get a 4th DVD free sale right now), won't translate to Borders Express (Since they have shitty DVD selections anyway, with a few exceptions).

Oh, and the BR coupons might be severely changed from what I hear (poor sales during the holidays). That means no 30% off DVD coupons and such.

I've been spending so much at Borders since they started this Shocked but they aren't the only ones. I usually buy manga from Amazon since nearly all manga that has an original price that's $10 or under (so it doesn't include Del Rey titles Crying or Very sad ) is 4-for-3 all the time.
