Is is true that they'll be getting / have gotten the original English cast for the cameos by Ryoko, Tenchi, et al? |

Any Tenchi is good Tenchi...except Shin Tenchi. I've heard GXP ain't so good, but I still wanna see it.
It would be cool if they got the original cast since it might mean they could get them back for the third OAV's. |

I watched this series and I enjoyed it very much. Very funny. It actually does have a lot to do with the Tenchi universe.

Well, OVA universe. I saw GXP and it fits nicely into the OVA universe, after the 3rd OVA from my reckoning. I hope they got the originals for the Cameo, that means good things for the third OVA, despite Genon not doing it.

Regarding GXP being dubbed by the original cast:
I honestly don't recall, but I recall it being a reasonably authoritative source; either this site, or Newtype USA. |

FUNimation has stated that they would love to have the original cast to reprise the roles of Tenchi and company. Nothing has been officially announced as of yet though, so its mostly speculation at this point. |
