Something tells me that was the "beginning of the end." There are only two episodes left, so it's time they started busting out the big revelations and wrapping things up.

So in short, we'll most likely find out next week (gee, this show's been rife with psychological cliffhangers, hasn't it? I love it! Anime exclamation ).

I'm a bit confuse myself. I think it's showing that some of the people actually have false memory or something like that. I feel sorry for Dorothy though.

They actually kinda spoiled the bit involving Dorothy. spoiler[Okay, you know in all the commercials for Big O, how you see a momentary shot of Dorothy on a balcony shouting for Roger with Beck in the background? If memory serves, that hasn't been in any episodes yet...so yeah...they kinda messed that up.]

I think a better question is, "How many times has Partadigm City been destroyed and rebuilt with subsequent generations of people who all lost their memories 40 years ago?" The movie house with Dastun and the underground film set with Angel were most revealing.
