what episode should we be looking for when the origenal story starts up again? I heard it's gonna happen soon (like in the next 1-2 weeks) but don't feel like looking through filler crap to find the info. I havn't been able to fin a definent answer on any naruto forums either.

No one knows yet. There hasn't been any information on when the real story starts again.

You heard wrong then. The main story line isn't picking up anytime soon. At least not through October. I'm guessing we won't see Part 2 episodes until Spring 2007.
