As someone who doesn't read the manga (I might get to it some day, but there are just too many volumes), I can only hope that the anime will keep selling well enough to cover the whole story. Depending on how long this final arc lasts, maybe a hypothetical Sixth Stage could be the last one.

I wish JManga or someone could rescue the manga so I can read it legitimately. The scanlations are good up to a point where someone scanned in the Tokyopop volumes lazily. With a 40+ volume count though it probably won't happen, at least not in print, but I'd love to buy it digitally.

The problem with the Initial D manage now is each chapter is only if not less than 10 pages.....and 80% of them with bubbles filled with "GI-SHASHASHASHA"....sounds like a certain anime from over a decade ago.,..

Initial D ending makes me sad. I sent a tip about the ending to the news room... hehe.

I hope it goes up with a bang and not a whimper.

I wonder if it'll end with him having grown up and selling the AE to buy a minivan to haul the kids to soccer with?.....
