yes , I'm trying to add the VHS releases to the Robotech page but a error that says "UPC 012232750035 is not from a known distributor

It's a release from Family Home Entertainment. I've fixed it for you, and I'm really surprised that Amazon could still find four last copies for something that's almost 20 years old. |

It won't let me add the rest of the tapes...
the same error comes up...
same with Harlock...tried adding the Arcadia of My Youth tape but it didn't work... http://www.amazon.com/Arcadia-Youth-VHS-Makio-<Inoue/dp/6302897424/ref=sr_1_3?s=movies-tv&ie=UTF8&qid=1361715875&sr=1-3&keywords=arcadia+youth also, this is under the wrong listing .... release#11438 it's listed under the OVA when it should be listed under the TV entry of AD Police... and release#17538 should be listed as novel 2... source: http://www.gomanga.com/manga/wickedcity.php It won't let me add them for Bubblegum Crisis either... the vhs releases i meant..

I just added this and it worked fine, no error at all. Honestly it would help if you were more precise. Telling us "it doesn't work" is kinda meaningless if you don't tell us *exactly* what urls you tried to add and what error messages you got. |

I've had some random errors about being unable to retrieve the page lately; sometimes retrying and/or stripping the junk from the URL helps (i.e. changing http://www.amazon.com/Arcadia-Youth-VHS-Makio-<Inoue/dp/6302897424/ref=sr_1_3?s=movies-tv&ie=UTF8&qid=1361715875&sr=1-3&keywords=arcadia+youth to http://www.amazon.com/dp/6302897424/ - remove everything between .com and /dp/ and everything after the ASIN, the 10 character string immediately after /dp/) .
The tape is 390 mins long. AD Police TV is 12 eps (hence 300 mins), and Parasite Dolls is 3x30mins so you seem to be correct (I've only ever seen 2040 so the synopses mean little to me). I've updated this.
The release you linked is stated to be volume 3 on that page, so I have corrected the other one. |

I did what you suggested ...for Robotech II the Sentinels and I got "Could not fetch page http://www.amazon.com/Robotech-II-Sentinels-Tony-Oliver/dp/B00004RCGP"

Did you include the " or %22 at the end? It picks it up for me without it.
