these look really good at 50 dollar prices on amazon. is it worth the buy? i mean i love yu yu hakusho but i need to no if theres enough episodes. also I've never seen the 3 kings saga. is it good? thanks

The boxes aren't the best quality being just thin plastic but they do their job of holding all the volumes if you take care of them. You get a 3 to 4 episode count per disc.

As for the 3 Kings Saga, I wouldn't say any part of Yu Yu Hakusho was bad and this one was definitely still entertaining but it is probabally only notable because it contains the series finale. Otherwise it's just kind of a rip off of the Dark Tournament minus the interesting villains and plus a whole bunch of new power for the big 4 main characters and they battle in out in another tournament in Demon World.

I've got almost the whole series myself, I'm just missing the first half of the Dark Tournament.

everything I have bought off amazon has come and in good condtion, however buy at your own risk, as with all internet sites.

Also don't buy from AmazonMarketplace otherwise 9 times out of 10 you'll end up with a bootleg.

I agree with Kruszer on the fact that pretty much any saga of the Yu Yu Hakusho series will be worth the money. 3 Kings is pretty damn good, so even if you are getting only 3-4 episodes per disc (which is the norm) it will be worth whatever you pay for it. Just a helpful hint: check the prices of retail stores before you buy it online.

50 dollars sounds a little suspicious. Although Right Stuf did go to 60 during their 12 days of Christmas sale.

Did you know that FUNimation is releasing a cheaper version of the Yu Yu Hakusho releases? Yu Yu Hakusho First Battles Eps 1-14. I don´t know how many episodes there are per boxed set but purchasing these releases would more than likely come out cheaper than the current boxed sets and more space efficient. That is if you don´t mind waiting between releases.

The site says it comes with a keychain but I chose that edition because it actually had a picture of the cover but the edition without the keychain has the same MSRP (price) listed.
