It's not the 4th title, since they said the 4th game is taking place in the same area C;H did and is going to be more mystery themed.
But it's being considered a spin off in the series, it's under the 5pb label. They already said stuff about it being the first science adventure novel / spin off when the news broke at c83. |

Well shoot. I'll probably pick up a copy anyway - it still looks interesting.
OK, now I'm intrigued. So they've already started releasing info about the next game?

They didn't say that it wasn't a Science Adventure title as such, just that it's not the 4th Science Adventure title. As intimated above, it is more a spin-off rather than a main-series game, but still ultimately belongs to the same series. |
