Well, that convinced me to catch up on Robotics;Notes as soon as possible.

Holy shit, that is a completely different show. But whatever bastardchild it will grow up to be, I will still love it.

Anyone who watched Steins;Gate shoulda known that Robotic;Notes wouldn't just be all slice of life and playing with toy robots.

Holy...
Since this is coming from the folks behind Steins;Gate, I can tell that the second half of Robotics;Notes is gonna be awesome.

The last episode that aired made it clear that it was getting serious, but damn. I didn't think it'd get knife-in-a-bath-tube serious.

Now if only they had fun and compelling characters like the ones in Steins;Gate, my interest in the first half wouldn't waver.

Yet Japan has already played the VN and yet the pre-order estimated points are only around 1000? That's insane when you consider how well a seller Steins;Gate was.

I dont think anyone can predict how mych something will sell.I noticed a couple of times a good show that panders to the otaku audience sells bad,so I just gave up on that.

Oh absolutely. Nobody can predict with certainty how much something will sell. But with tools like Amazon Stalker you can easily tell when something (when given enough data) will be a flop. And Robotics;Notes will be a flop.

I've enjoyed the laid back pacing of Robotics;Notes - I liked the cast and the club's plot, but after seeing Steins;Gate, I guess I can be patient knowing it's probably (hopefully?) going somewhere awesome! Looking forward to the second half.

No I know it will flop,I was saying that predicting what the otaku audience will buy is really hard to predict.

I played the game. I've been waiting for this! Plot twists aplenty--especially over the conspiracy you think you've been hearing about in the first half. It's far worse than you think. >=P
