I have full faith in PROPE mostly because they did Phantasy Star IV and from the looks of things, the battles look to be basically the battles from Penny Arcade: RPOD 3 (The "Instant Grandia Guage" System)

Not everyone here is American.
And not every American here doesn't import or emulate games.

It doesn't matter it's just fact the psp is dead outside of japan and seeing more and more games come out that I would actually buy depresses me, I really wish they would just officially pull the plug here already and let the system go.

That's some twisted logic right there.
May I need remind you of the PS2?
Just because the 'latest' system is out and no longer supported by that market doesn't mean people should stop having support for that system in other markets.
Besides, it pretty much boils down to a) PSP has a higher install base, (b) development costs and (c) The wonderful known as the PSN Store which companies, and people complaining about PSP still getting games, constantly forget about (what with the Vita being able to play PSN downloaded PSP games and all.)

I never meant pull the plug on the psn for psp games/vita all i'm saying I don't have the money for a vita let import games. Secondly I do not ability to read Japanese to support said market so it's futile effort with text heavy games. It still doesn't matter if psp games for the vita how many people want to re-buy 20-30 games they already own such as myself, unless they got the vita first.
Listen I had no intention of de-railing this thread but it's damn truth when NISA doesn't even want to do ports of flagship games. Then there is square-enix shelving final fantasy type 0 that was 100%translated and 90% dubbed because of the fear the market would not be worth the time even on the psn. Then there is Sega.. I don't say anymore than that. So flat out when original psp dies next year with all physical games being removed from game-stop, used systems, and other major retailers pulling any games left my abundance to give a f*** is down to zero.

I'm really interested in this game, being a long time fan of the show. I'll hopefully be picking it up once they release a "greatest hits" version, as the full price is way too expensive for me. Until then I'll be content with the TV show.
