umm i was wondering y there isnt ichigo 100% anymore because the series still continue from 12 and go up to 24 for now and y isnt anyone translating the anime >.< i really wanna watch the anime because i finished the manga too -_- and now im waiting

There are only 12 episodes of the TV series--each has 2 half-length segments with their own titles for a total of 24. However, there are 6 OVAs and a special for those who want more.

What Zailis said. If you go and check the episode title at the beginning of the 12 episode you'll notice it matches the title for what's listed on ANN as episode 23.
The OAV's take place after the series and are a lot fun.

What I don't understand is why the story never was ended properly. After the series ended, I assumed the OVAs would finish off the plot like Love hina did with it's OVAs. I found myself to be wrong after watching them and I am really angry that the story never was given an ending. Does the manga end the same way or does Junpei actually make up his damn mind?

The anime doesn't cover the whole manga
It covers nowhere near the whole manga...
